Richard Joseph Victorino, 70, of Ocean View died June 22 at home. Born on Oahu, he was a residential painting specialist. Celebration of life 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday (July 27) at Sand Island Park in Honolulu. Casual attire. Bring loose plumerias to scatter in the ocean with the ashes during the paddle-out. Francis Herbert “Rico” Rodillas

Francis Herbert “Rico” Rodillas, 74, of Hilo died July 3 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a retired Hawaii County Police Department captain, former Securitas Security supervisor at Hilo International Airport, owned a lawn maintenance and yard service company, St. Joseph High School graduate who attended St. Martins College in Lacey, Washington, member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Antique Hawaiian Bottle Club and board member of Hawaii Classic Cruizers. Visitation 8-9 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Eulogy at 9 a.m. Mass at 9:30 a.m. Urn Committal to follow at Homelani Memorial Park Columbarium Nature Garden. Survived by wife, Martha A. Bernardo “Kalapo” Labasan Jr., 88, of Captain Cook died July 9 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honokaa, Hawaii on August 22, 1935, he was a retired U.S. Army sergeant first class.
